Refund policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:  Non-custom or personalized items may be returned within 10 days of receipt, for store credit. Store credit is issued for the amount of the purchase only.  Items must be returned in new condition.

You MUST email us at: peckprojectsdesignco@gmail.com BEFORE mailing your item or Store Credit cannot be issued.

Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for processing of your return/exchange. 

ALL PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM, and SALE items are FINAL SALE.  

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Please inspect your merchandise before wearing and washing!  Damaged Items MUST be accompanied with the mailer they were mailed in.  Unfortunately, after 3 days have passed since you have received your item, we cannot refund your item.  You MUST email us at: peckprojectsdesignco@gmail.com within 3 days to start the return process; please include pictures of the damage and pictures of the mailer.
